How much does the tour cost?

The cost is ~$31 / 800,000₫ per Adult, with discounts for children depending on age.

What should I expect from the tour?

An immersive culinary experience that showcases the best of Hanoi's street food scene.

How long does the tour take?

Between 2.5 and 3 hours.

Is food and drink included in the tour?

Food is included in the cost, but drinks are not.

Are dietary accommodations available?

Yes, please inform us in advance if you have any dietary restrictions. We can accomodate most restrictions within reason.

How do I book a tour?

Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting us directly via WhatsApp or email. When you book you can pay now by card, or choose to pay in cash to your guide after the tour. Either way your booking is confirmed straight away. For any other payment method, message Ella directly on WhatsApp to arrange it.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your tour receive a full refund. Refunds are not available for cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled tour.

How much do the cooking and coffee classes cost?

The cooking class is $48 per person. Every guest pays the same rate. The coffee class is $26 per guest aged 10 and over; children under 10 join free, though they still take a seat, so please include them when you book. Prices are charged in Vietnamese dong; the US dollar figures are approximate.

Do I have to pay for a class online?

No. You can pay securely by card when you book, or choose to pay in cash at the café after the class. Choosing cash confirms your place immediately: there's no payment page and you'll get a confirmation email straight away.

Can I cancel a cooking or coffee class?

Yes, classes are fully refundable up to 24 hours before the class. Inside 24 hours, please contact us directly on WhatsApp or at ella@ellahanoifoodtour.com.

What times do the classes run?

The cooking class runs at 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. The coffee class runs three times a day at 8:00 AM, 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Both are bookable online.
